How much does it cost?

Buying agents are traditionally the preserve of the wealthier buyer. My Mallorca Home - an exclusive property search buyer's agent on Mallorca Spain, normally charges a retainer up front fee for a three-month search period deductible from the success fee (the negotiated % commission of the final purchase price), or an up-front negotiated fee, which may include an unlimited search period, mini surveys of shortlisted properties, after-sales care, including changing the name on utility bills and the locks, and complete project management of the sale, or
and a commission.

Some buying agents are charging additional 15 per cent of the amount they save the client.
